Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, we are not liable for plant mortality due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, pests, diseases, or improper care by the client.

Property Access

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for service provision and to secure any pets during service visits.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
